Abstract

The panel discusses different dimensions of multilevel governance. The papers explore different forms of regional governance and inter-municipal cooperation. Here the role of regional identity is also illuminated. Another theme is the opportunities for subnational mobilization as well as the limits, within parts of EU’s foreign policy, a field traditionally monopolized by national authorities.
